Developer Saber Interactive took the tech used to render hoards of zombies in World War Z and applied it to Space Marine 2's Tyranids. The waves of enemies are relentless and the act of slicing through them all is somewhat therapeutic. The Chainsword cuts through enemies like butter in a dance of blood and gore. At one point I ripped an alien's arm off and used it to stab them in the neck. This game is absolutely brutal (in a good way).
